Nurse Linda's new presentation titled Critical Situatio - Reeve Foundation

Dr. Linda Schultz, PhD, CRRN, and key member of our online community, Reeve Connect, will be at NY Metro Abilities Expo on Saturday May 4. She will be giving a presentation titled Critical Situations with Spinal Cord Injury.

It can be difficult to know when to call for assistance while dealing with paralysis or spinal cord injury. Messages from the body to the brain can be misdirected or misinterpreted. Recognizing a disguised significant healthcare problem can be challenging. Nurse Linda will provide information and resources on how to address certain situations such as mishandling of medications and drug addiction, cardiac problems, infections and other critical situations that can happen to individuals with spinal cord injuries.

During this session, Dr. Linda Schultz will also answer questions on about other healthcare issues. This session is open to public and free to attend for all registrants. You can register for the Abilities Expo by visiting their website here.
